when my friend, cheiron was visiting the island a few weeks ago.. she saw all my sticky back canvas scraps and proposed that we make a card with it.. and challenged each other to post them on our blogs... i'm a very competitive person... so i was all about it ;)
I have made mini books, altered pieces, wall hangings etc with claudine hellmuth's sticky back canvas... but never really used it on a card.... so i sat at my crafty table... and sat... and sat... tried out a few things, that just weren't working, luckily as cheiron pointed out, i had a lot of sticky back canvas scraps ;)
I came up with this card where I used the sticky back canvas to create a scalloped edge border. I colored the canvas using Luminarte Color Concentrate.... and then I dug out all my Tim Holtz Halloween stamps.. some i have had forever and ALL never inked before!!! And i just had fun.... fun fun fun :) After peeking at my card, be sure to pop on over to cheiron's blog.. i'm curious to see what she created!!

This is fabulous! Love these Halloween stamps and colors. This WAS a fun challenge. Maybe some of the other gals will want to play along with the next one!
